How does the free trial work?
Every new studio gets 14 days with 2 GB of storage to set things up and try the whole workflow. Sharing galleries with clients starts on a paid plan.
Can I change plans later?
You can upgrade whenever you like. Moving to a smaller plan opens in the last 3 days of your billing period, so you never give up days you've already paid for.
What happens if I cancel?
Turn off auto-renew and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. If your studio is then over the smaller plan's limits, you get 7 days before new uploads pause.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Business Elite. Add your domain, verify it with a DNS record, and we keep checking it stays healthy.
Do I get a portfolio website?
Yes, on Professional Studio and Business Elite: themes, accent colour, featured work, category filters and a contact block.
How are my photos protected?
Galleries can have a password, visitor sign-in, an expiry date and a 4-digit download PIN. Your watermark is added to web-size downloads, and every download link expires after a few minutes.
Are my photos compressed?
Your originals are kept exactly as uploaded. Lighter web-size copies are made for fast viewing, and clients can download either.
How do I pay?
Plans are billed in INR through Razorpay, with UPI, cards and netbanking. You can pay monthly or yearly.
